Hetalia OC: Michigan

This is my Hetalia OC that I have been using for quite a while now but I figured, since I had her looking more like America before and I discovered that Michigan was actually founded by France, I should redesign her to look more like France. Then I also decided I might as well upgrade her to the new design and it turned out a lot better than I expected.

I put some information about it in the picture with my crap handwriting.
